667

Alta Langa d.o.c.g.

Wine obtained from Pinot Noir grapes.

(clone 667 from which it takes its name).

After careful selection of the bunches, we proceed with a soft pressing to obtain the must, which will then be clarified and subsequently sent to alcoholic fermentation for approx. 20 days at a controlled temperature of 16°. The wine thus obtained will be kept in steel tanks, and in the spring following the harvest will be made sparkling with the classic method of refermentation in the bottle.

In appearance it has a brilliant straw yellow color, with a minute and persistent perlage.

Delicate and harmonious nose with hints of white and yellow flowers, yeast and bread crust. Pleasantly dry and slightly savory flavour. Served at a temperature of 6/8°C, it is excellent as an aperitif and in combination with fish dishes.
