La Bionda

Monferrato Bianco D.O.C.

Born from the love for the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety.

The vinification begins with the soft direct pressing of the bunches and the must obtained is kept for 12 hours at a temperature of 10°C. to facilitate natural settling. The clarified must is then fermented at a temperature that never exceeds 16°C. for approx. 40 days; at the end of the fermentation it is kept in tanks conditioned at 10°C. for a period of approx. 8 months and subsequently bottled.

The Sauvignon vine, normally devoted to more moderate climates, develops a spectrum of extraordinary aromas in our soils. In addition to the typical chassis notes, hints of pineapple, honey and passion fruit prevail in the bouquet.

The wine has a beautiful intense yellow color, very bright, with an imposing structure and despite its body, it leaves a long and elegant finish.

It is advisable to serve it at a temperature of 8°C. – 10°C.

Excellent as an aperitif, excellent combination with paté and shellfish.
