Wine obtained from selected Barbera grapes, harvested and pressed rapidly to maintain the freshness of the product. After a light cold maceration, the alcoholic fermentation starts at a controlled temperature of 24°C for about 10 days.
After a brief aging in steel and a complete malolactic fermentation, it is bottled the year following the harvest, to offer a fresh and young wine.
Appearance is clear, ruby red. The nose is delicate with hints of fresh and pleasantly varietal fruit. Served at a temperature of 16°/18° C, it goes well with first courses, red meats, fresh and aged cheeses.
