Bricco del Kurt

Monferrato Rosso D.O.C.

It is obtained from the assembly of Barbera (65%) and Merlot (35%).

Vinification at a controlled temperature of 24°C. are conducted separately for an average duration of 6 days. We proceed with the assembly only at the end of the malolactic fermentation (end of November / December), and after an aging in steel it is prepared for bottling.

Appearance is ruby ​​red, with purplish hues.

The nose is delicate but intense, fine, with hints of blackberry and cherry. The taste is fresh, round and persistent, with a strong “appeal” in the finish. It should be served at a temperature of 16° / 18°C. in combination with appetizers, first courses and red meats.

The “bricco del Kurt” can be stored in a suitable environment for at least 5 years.
